Every month YGA graduates meet with Leaders from different fields and backgrounds to discuss leadership development skills. They are educated on topics of Innovative leadership, Insightful Innovation for Social and Economic Development, Managing Diversity, Cultivating the Turkish Leaders of Tomorrow and Unleashing the Potential Within.
YGA graduates then research topics on the subjects above and discuss their findings with the
YGA Leadership
Coaching Board.
Within this program, YGA graduates are also mentored by different members of YGA board and YGA dream- partners who work at multinational companies.
