" Mr Osman Sinav,  director,  emphasized the importance of believing in dreams.   He said;

" Fatih Sultan Mehmet was a dreamer but also a realist enough  to know the obstacles in front of him and courageous enough to take steps to solve the obstacles to make his dreams true. At YGA this is what you have to do: Go after your dreams., be realist enough to see the obstacles in front of you, and courageous enough to take steps solve those obstacles. Those who can't dream will be part of someone elses goals."

" Mrs Civelek , CEO of Sever Impeks, shared her  life experiences with the participants. She encouraged the participants to write their own stories. She organized a workshop discussing Jung's "collective unconciousness" theories. At the conclusion of her workshop she said " discovering  and understanding one's self  is the most important trait of a Leader. "

Much like anything else in life that is entirely up to the individual and hence YGA's contibution to that person will vary on his/her own goals in life. However, I can guarantee that the energy present in meetings or other social gatherings, as well as the attitude of other YGA members, will not only keep you aware of the importance of giving back to society but also give you the boost and opportunities to actualize some of your dreams that might otherwise fade away with time. Also, for people like myself who have spent most of their time overseas and away from the Turkish social scene and culture, YGA is a great organization to meet open minded individuals and provides a very personal and valuable interaction with others who are interested in making a difference, and importantly from what I have seen so far happen to be very honest people with very very honest intentions. This is a great organization that can contribute to one's ever continuing education on both social awareness and business issues.

- Ali Yüceulug, Bentley University

" Even in top  5 MBA programs I  don't think students experience an education such as the one I had at YGA. I learned so many valuable leadership and life lessons in such an fun environment.  "

- Can Uslay, Georgia Tech, Atlanta - Asst. Prof Marketing
