Project : Read Think Share project's mission is to teach 6th and 7th grade elementary school students to love to read,create an fun environment where they can share their creative and imaginative ideas with their peers while encouraging their out of the box thinking and develop their leadership skills.
Young Guru Academy project workshop is implemented by YGA graduates who are trained by YGA as moderators to teach this program. The aim of the project is to;
- For a better Turkey and a better world educate students to dream, turn their dreams into projects and implement those projects,
- Teach them out of the box thinking methods,
- Inspire, Motivate, Encourage them to be the best they can be,
- Teach them to listen to their peers with respect and without judgement,
- Creative writing and thinking skills,
- Create a fun environment for them to bring out their potential as future leaders.

Creative Library :
As the first step of the project a special creative library designed by architects (shown above) is built in the elementary school where the Read Think Share program will be implemented. 80 books chosen by Prof. Erdal Atabek, teachers, principals,students and parents are placed in the library.
These books are specifically chosen for students to develop their leadership abilities and out of the box thinking skills.
A special book written and designed by YGA titled; Read Think Share is given to each student. The left side of the book has subjects, words and sentences related to leadership while the right side is left empty for students to fill those pages with their own creative ideas, words and sentences.

Moderators :
As the second step of the Leadership Program of Young Guru Academy, university students and other volunteers who are selected by YGA education board to participate in the Read Think Share program are trained as moderators by the YGA education board members.
After their training they first teach the program as substitute moderators, as they become more experienced in teaching the Read Think Share program they will become full time moderators. |

Students :
6th and 7th grade students to participate in the Read Think Share program are selected by each school's principal,Turkish studies teacher and the YGA project members. 12 students are selected for each seance. The seances take place for 13 weeks. At the end of 13 weeks twelve new students are selected for the new seances.

Seances :
Seances in the creative libraries are developed by YGA partners who are CEO's of multinational companies,professors and leadership consultants. The topics discussed during the 13 week seances are as follows:
Dreaming - Creative thinking - Responsibility & Discipline - Pessimism & Optimism - Decisions - Excuses - Prejudice - Experience - Greed & Success - Anger & Patience - Selfishness & Pride - Fear & Courage - Self Confidancy & Appreciation
On January 10 2008 a protocol signed between the Ministry of Education and YGA titled; Read Think Share Turkey opened a new door for the Read Think Share program. Under this protocol the Read Think Share program will be implemented in all the public elementary schools as a curriculum.
