Creative Libraries: Read-Think-Share :
40 students selected by the YGA selection board participate in the Project Workshop every Saturday from 11 am to 1pm as trained volunteer moderators to teach the Read-Think-Share program.

Each year YGA selects 15 Turkish and American university students from different campuses in Turkey and USA. Every September the selected participants undergo two weeks of leadership training camp/ conference in New York, Washington D.C , Raleigh,NC and Figure Eight Island, Wilmington. Speakers who are leaders in their field from Turkey and USA give seminars, workshops, train and educate the participants o leadership skills. The participants also meet with NGO's from different fields. The International conference exposes the participants to cross-cultural exchanges between the countries and gives them new perspectives and ideas on leadership development skills.

YGA graduates develop and implement projects / programs in different areas of social, economic and education development in Turkey and in USA. All of YGA's projects and programs are on-going.

1 - Istanbul Cultural Ambassadors:
The aim of this project is to select, educate and train Istanbul Cultural Ambassadors from all over the world to build cultural bridges between the countries. To introduce Istanbul, Turkish culture and Turkish cuisine.

2 - Empowerment of Visually Impaired Youth:
To empower the visually impaired university students. To educate and train visually impaired socially responsible leaders.

3- Leadership School for the Disadvantaged Youth :
12 students are selected from the Creative Libraries- Read-Think-Share program Every year in August they participate in the YGA Leadership Camp in Saklikoy/ Istanbul.
