What is the Global Impact High School Program?

The Global Impact High School Program provides high school students with the opportunity to

develop both their scientific and conscientious leadership skills, enabling them to create sustainable solutions to societal challenges.

Volunteers leverage their field experience to develop digital projects and bring these innovations to children,

fostering a deeper engagement with science and social impact.

Are you ready to engage with primary school students in Türkiye’s underserved regions?

YGA Volunteers empower children in underprivileged schools by introducing them to Science Kits, inspiring them to create their own projects. Through this experience, volunteers discover their strengths, recognize areas for growth, and gain self-confidence.

These sessions ignite curiosity, transforming children’s perception of science from something difficult, distant, and boring into an experience that is fun, accessible, and exciting!

Be a Part of YGA Projects!

Volunteers in the Global Impact High School Program take on responsibilities across a variety of fields, including the World Science Movement Project, as well as marketing, program development, human resources, software development, and fundraising within the YGA Office, based on their personal development interests.

Through these experiences, they receive one-on-one mentorship and have the opportunity to work directly with YGA Alumni, who are experts in their respective fields.

Applications for the Global Impact High School 2026 Program will begin with the YGA Summit applications, which mark the first stage of the selection process. You can submit your application through our website until November 15. After the YGA Summit, Turkey’s most anticipated youth event, you will be invited to the second stage of the program’s selection process.
