Designed for high school and university students who are aware of global challenges, have the courage to explore their root causes, aspire to develop technology-driven social innovations with their team, and are open to growing together while bringing these innovations to life.

Why Double-Winged?

François Rabelais, one of the founders of modern European literature and a pioneer of Humanism, once said,
“Science without conscience is the ruin of the soul.”
At the root of today’s pressing global challenges such as climate change, educational inequality, and gender discrimination,
lies a lack of both scientific perspective and conscience. YGA equips the brightest young minds in Türkiye and around the world with the right competencies and a strong sense of conscience, enabling them to develop deep-rooted solutions to these global problems.
The Double-Winged Philosophy represents young individuals who are both highly skilled enough to pioneer groundbreaking innovations and compassionate enough to dream of benefiting humanity.
These “double-winged youth” create social innovations that positively impact millions of lives.

Peter Drucker, one of the most influential management gurus of the 20th century, said,
“Leadership abilities develop while making decisions and taking responsibility in the field.”
The Global Impact Programs identify young individuals with the potential to create meaningful change for humanity. By providing real-world responsibilities and mentorship, these programs cultivate an ideal environment for both personal and professional growth. Designed to nurture students who dream, plan, and take action, they align with the Idea, Project, and Entrepreneurship Rooms framework, a model recognized by Harvard University as a formula for success.
Developed through partnerships with leading institutions such as Columbia University and London Business School, guided by the mentorship of double-winged role models like Prof. Mehmet Toner and Prof. Aziz Sancar, and integrating learning experiences from award-winning global social impact ventures, the Global Impact Programs empower youth to turn their ideas into reality.

All volunteers who successfully complete YGA Programs earn the right to join the YGA Alumni Community.
Within this network, alumni stay connected with fellow YGA graduates worldwide through a shared digital platform.
They continue to benefit from YGA’s exclusive resources, gain new insights, and support each other in their journey of lifelong learning and growth.
