The Global Impact University Program provides university students with the opportunity to develop both scientific and ethical leadership skills, while offering a platform to create sustainable solutions to social issues.
This program empowers young individuals to maximize their potential and gain valuable hands-on experiences that enable them to make a real impact in the world.

Are You Ready to Bring Science with Conscience to Middle School Students in Türkiye’s Underserved Regions?

YGA Volunteers inspire students in underserved schools, showing them that they can create their own projects using Science Kits.

Through this experience, volunteers discover their strengths, enhance their skills, and build self-confidence.

These sessions ignite curiosity, transforming children’s perception of science from something difficult, distant, and boring into an experience that is fun, accessible, and exciting!

Collaborative Success Climate

Success is achieved when the right people work together toward a shared purpose and vision, growing individually while also helping each other develop. Strengthened by their shared values, YGA volunteers cultivate a climate of collective achievement through three key steps:

In science fields and YGA projects, they prioritize experiencing and fostering this collaborative environment.

Take Responsibility at YGA!

Volunteers in the Global Impact University Program take on responsibilities in a variety of fields, including World Science Movement Project, YGA Office’s marketing, program development, human resources, software development, and fundraising departments based on their personal development interests.

TThe Global Impact University Program is designed for university students who are aware of global challenges and want to actively contribute to solving them. Through this program, participants develop both themselves and their teams while collaborating on high-impact projects.
Volunteers who successfully complete the first year of the program earn the opportunity to work one-on-one with YGA Alumni and gain internship experiences within YGA and YGA Ventures.
Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the program, you must be enrolled in a university in Turkey.
All students accepted into the program will receive full scholarships.
