Since its establishment in 2000, YGA has been a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing young people with both conscience and competence to create meaningful innovations for humanity. The YGA Summit serves as the first step for volunteers and holds a unique place among YGA’s projects and initiatives.
The objectives of the YGA Summit include:
The first requirement to apply for the YGA Summit is to be a high school or university student. Students selected through the application process experience this inspiring atmosphere in person.
Additionally, YGA offers live online streaming, enabling all young people to join as audience members. Even if you cannot attend in person, you can still follow the summit through social media and other platforms.
To apply for YGA programs after the summit, attending physically or online is a prerequisite.
Every year, 30 students among thousands of successful applicants earn a spot in the YGA Global Impact Programs after a three-stage interview process. These students receive mentorship from world-renowned scientists and industry leaders such as Prof. Aziz Sancar, Faruk Eczacıbaşı, Prof. Mehmet Toner, and Prof. Kristi Raube. They also benefit from the extensive 20+ years of experience YGA has in
leadership and impact-driven initiatives.
Summit attendees gain the opportunity to participate in YGA programs, the World Science Movement, and other social impact ventures. Through their responsibilities in these projects, they develop both their conscience and competence.
By joining YGA, you can also engage in global collaborations with top universities, gaining hands-on learning experiences. If you are passionate about creating a better world and taking action for change, take your first step today and apply for the YGA Summit!
