What is YGA’s Role?
The Earthshot Prize’a katılmak isteyen adaylar öncelikle YGA gibi bir “Resmi Nominatör” tarafından aday gösterilmelidir. Earthshot, bireysel veya doğrudan yapılan başvuruları kabul etmiyor.
YGA olarak buradaki rolümüz; dünyayı daha iyi bir yer yapma hayaliyle çalışan projeleri keşfetmek ve kriterlere uygun, umut veren hikayeleri küresel değerlendirmeye aday göstermek.
Candidates wishing to participate in The Earthshot Prize must first be nominated by an “Official Nominator” like YGA. Earthshot does not accept individual or direct applications.
Our role as YGA is to discover projects working with the dream of making the world a better place, and to nominate hopeful stories that meet the criteria for global assessment.

Submit your application to YGA
Projenizi başvuru formu üzerinden bize iletmelisiniz. Başvurular sene boyunca açıktır; 2027’de duyurulacak ödül için değerlendirilmek istiyorsanız 19 Kasım 2026 saat 22.59’a kadar başvurunuzu atmalısınız.
You must submit your project through the application form. Applications are open throughout the year; if you would like to be considered for the award to be announced in 2027, you must submit your application by 22:59 on November 19, 2026.

YGA reviews projects and nominates
YGA portalı üzerinden iletilen projeler özenle incelenir ve kriterlere uygun olanlar küresel değerlendirme için aday gösterilir. Aday gösterilen projelere en geç 4 Aralık’a kadar aday olduklarını öğrenecektir.
Projects submitted through the YGA portal are carefully reviewed, and those that meet the criteria are nominated for global assessment. Nominated projects will learn that they have been nominated by December 4 at the latest.

Complete your finalist application
Aday gösterilen projeler, Earthshot’ın e-posta ile ileteceği daha detaylı ikinci formu doldurarak başvurusunu tamamlar. Bu süreci takip etmek başvuru sahibinin sorumluluğundadır.
Nominated projects complete their application by filling out a more detailed second form sent by Earthshot via email. Tracking this process is entirely the applicant’s responsibility.

The solution must address a problem of vital importance to achieving Earthshot goals.
